1 )How many days would it take for my parcel to arrive?

     For most deliveries, it will take between 1-3 days depending on the location. There may be delays during peak season eg. festive season, sale, new collection, pre-order, etc.

2 ) What are the shipping costs?

     Shipping costs differ according to location and the weight of the item. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you make an order online. You can also check the delivery status through the system.

     We ship worldwide via Teleport, J&T, FedEx, TNT, Janio, Aramex, EMS & Pos Malaysia (International) and Pgeon, Poslaju, J&T  (Within Malaysia).

4 ) When will I receive my order?

     After you have successfully placed your order, we will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email . After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
